As a Human Resources Officer, you play a pivotal role in supporting our HR operations within the regional office. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with local laws. This role demands a high level of precision in handling payroll, benefits, and personnel records, alongside proactively managing HR projects and initiatives to support our team's ongoing needs.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Administer medical and life insurance schemes, including claims management.
Prepare final settlements for leavers and facilitate their removal from the Bayan system.
Plan and coordinate activities for the regional office, including preparing posters, announcing events, following up on participation, and arranging logistics.
Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing colleagues and analyze data to recommend strategies for enhancing colleague retention.
Administer the onboarding process, overseeing the coordination of orientation sessions and the completion of necessary documentation.
Add new joiners to the Bayan system and ensure all legal documents are consistently uploaded and updated.
Extract monthly expiry reports to manage document renewals effectively.
Track probation periods and maintain proper communication to ensure compliance and oversight.
Issue employment contracts in accordance with company standards.
Coordinate with the government relations team to issue visas for new joiners, arrange medical appointments, and ensure smooth integration of new colleagues into the company.
Manage day-to-day office requirements, including issuing and preparing letters, filing, and maintaining personal files of colleagues, both in soft and hard copies.
Lead and manage HR-related projects as required.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that aligns with the Company's values.
Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
Adhere to the company's environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
