Job Description

  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
  • Follow the procedures that align with the law.
  • Test the training needs of the organization.
  • Keep accurate records of employee performance evaluations.
  • Help management and employees work out conflicts.
  • Make sure that all applicable laws, regulations, and standards are followed.
  • Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions.
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
Recruitment Management:
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Find, interview, and choose employees within the allotted time.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Promote companys reputation as best place to work.
