Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage the HR department and functions of Human Resource independently such as Employee Relations, Recruitment, Compensation and benefits, Performance management and training & development.
• Ensure HR policies are in line with UAE Labor law, industry standards & organizational values and provide guidance across departments.
• Manage talent acquisition process such as recruitment, manpower planning and identify competencies required in coordination with department managers.
• Conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview schedules, onboarding and induction of new employees
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and handle employee grievances
• Responsible for processing payroll and ensure accurate attendance and leave records
• Maintain accurate and up to date employee records
• Handle performance appraisal process, ensuring timely completion of evaluations.
• Maintain HR-related data and generate reports as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
• 5 - 8 years of experience in HR roles (including prior work experience in UAE)
• Understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practices
• Able to manage HR Software
• High level of confidentiality and ethical standards
• able to work under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
