Job Description

Position Summary:

The Human Resources Officer will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, organizational development, and handling official documentation and government-related processes, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can drive HR initiatives that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create job descriptions. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts. Implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture. Oversee the performance review process, providing guidance to managers and employees. Facilitate training and development programs to support employee growth. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements. Manage the company's employee records and ensure confidentiality. Oversee the administration of employee compensation, benefits, and payroll. Manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and other related documentation for employees. Handle company licenses, renewals, and updates, ensuring all documents are maintained in line with UAE laws.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the UAE, with a strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and government procedures. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, UAE labor law, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid UAE driving license is required. Preferred to have a car. Preferred if on own visa or spouse's visa.
