Farmvale Fruits & Vegetables Trading LLC specializes in the wholesale and retail of fresh produce, offering high-quality fruits and vegetables while expanding into the global import/export market and e-commerce solutions.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic team at Farmvale. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and policy implementation, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Process payroll, leave calculations, and benefits administration.
• Address employee grievances and promote a positive workplace environment.
• Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Support the management team with strategic HR planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in the trading or FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
