Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and enhance our HR department. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a strategic thinker who is committed to fostering a positive and productive work environment while ensuring alignment with the company's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities :

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition :
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to anticipate hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Employee Relations :
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and mediate conflicts when necessary.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and well-being.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.
• Performance Management :
• Lead the performance review process, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.
• Develop and implement performance management systems that align with company goals.
• Coach managers on best practices for performance evaluations and goal setting.
• Training and Development :
• Identify training needs and develop programs to support employee growth.
• Oversee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
• Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning.
• Compliance and Policy Management :
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Update and maintain HR policies in line with legal requirements and company culture.
• Handle employee investigations and disciplinary procedures as needed.
• Compensation and Benefits :
• Review and manage compensation structures to remain competitive within the industry.
• Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Conduct regular salary benchmarking to maintain market alignment.
• HR Analytics and Reporting :
• Track HR metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment KPIs, and employee satisfaction scores.
• Generate reports for management, providing insights and recommendations based on HR data.
• Use data-driven insights to develop strategies that enhance HR processes and support business goals.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
• Experience : Minimum of [5-7 years] in HR, with at least [2-3 years] in a managerial role.
• Skills :
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle confidential matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
