We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have over 1 year of HR experience in Dubai, preferably within the real estate industry.
Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selection, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new employees.
Employee Relations:
• Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement and communication strategies.
• Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration.
Compliance and Policy Development:
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies as needed.
HR Administration:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Oversee HR-related administrative tasks and documentation.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of HR experience in Dubai, with a preference for candidates from the real estate industry.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in strategic HR planning and implementation.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification from an HR professional body (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage
