- Administer and manage employee benefits, compensation, and performance management systems.
- Conduct recruitment efforts including job postings, resume reviews, interviews, and onboarding.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitate training and development programs for employees.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
