We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our team and help us maintain and enhance our employee experience.

The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and Staffing:

- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding.

- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future staffing needs.

- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations.

- Employee Relations:

- Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns and conflicts.

- Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives.

- Mediate and resolve workplace disputes in a fair and timely manner.

- Performance Management:

- Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers on performance management.

- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

- Monitor and support employee progress and development plans.

- Compliance and Record Keeping:

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.

- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

- Compensation and Benefits:

- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.

- Handle payroll processing and related inquiries.

- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and queries.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

- 2+ years of experience in human resources or related role.

- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions:
