Job Description
Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Abu Dhabi
We are in need of an experienced HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience in construction companies in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, ensuring that documents are available for visa processing, and follow up with candidates on their visa status.
• Verify the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents (visa, Emirates ID, and labor card processing).
• Manage payroll processing and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payments.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in construction companies in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred: Can join immediately.
