DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for a Human Resources Manager in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:
- Manage the recruitment process, create job descriptions, post jobs, provide guidance and input on workforce planning and succession planning
- Stay up to date with all the UAE labor laws, make sure the team understands and complies with compliance requirements
- Maintain payroll information through collecting, calculating and capturing data while ensuring the timely preparation of payroll
- Make sure statutory reports are remitted within set deadlines
- Make sure the company is compliant with all payroll laws
- Communicate and give support to employees and management for key processes
- Give advice, assistance and follow-up on HR policies, procedures as well as documentation
- Maintain HR information system records
- Perform any other related tasks as may be required
- Possess a Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
- The applicant must have practical experience in the same or similar position
- Must be able to communicate well at all levels of the organization
- Should be able to motivate, develop and direct people as they work
- Good Ms Office suite knowledge required
