Job SummaryA unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Manager to join our Middle East Regional Team working with our business across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman, Egypt, and Turkey. As part of this role, you will be required to travel to all countries within the region to lead HR activities.Reporting to the Regional Director - Middle East, key responsibilities are:
  • Providing end to end operational human resources support across the Middle East region, covering all aspects of generalist HR
  • Compensation and Benefits Management
  • Recruiting talent to join our high performing teams
  • Lead the development and implementation of appropriate HR policies and practices across the region
  • Work with country and regional managers to continually develop high performing, engaged teams and individuals who are focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for IDP
Required SkillsYou will be an assertive self-starter with extensive, relevant operational HR experience, a background of working in a strategic HR environment, be a superior communicator and confident in your ability to deliver practical HR outcomes in a fast-paced and demanding environment without compromising quality or integrity.Professional background/ experience:
1 - Minimum 3 years experience leading an HR function with a small to medium size team
2 - Previous experience operating in a matrix structure
3 - Significant operational HR experience
4 - Able to communicate effectively across the region (English/Arabic written and verbal required)
