: HR Manager We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our interior design and manufacturing company. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, ensuring the effective utilization of our workforce and fostering a positive work environment. Your role will be essential in attracting and retaining top talent, promoting employee engagement, and supporting the growth and success of our organization. Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure the timely and quality hiring of suitable candidates.
  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they receive proper orientation, training, and necessary documentation. Oversee the offboarding process and conduct exit interviews to gain valuable insights.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and establish performance improvement plans. Work closely with managers to address performance-related matters effectively.
  • Employee Relations: Promote a positive and respectful work culture by handling employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and compassionate manner. Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, fostering a harmonious work environment.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employees\' skills and knowledge. Collaborate with external trainers or educational institutions to offer relevant workshops or seminars.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with industry standards and remain competitive. Regularly review and update benefits packages as needed.
  • HR Policy and Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with applicable employment laws and regulations. Stay informed about changes in labor laws and ensure the organization\'s compliance.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, analyze turnover rates, and provide management with insightful reports and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Talent Management and Succession Planning: Identify high-potential employees and work on strategies for their retention and career growth within the organization. Collaborate with department heads to develop succession plans for key leadership positions.
  • Employee Engagement and Wellbeing: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and events to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • HR Strategy and Development: Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with the company\'s goals and vision. Provide valuable insights to the executive team on HR matters and participate in strategic planning sessions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant Master\'s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience 10 years as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably within the interior design and manufacturing industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a demonstrated ability to ensure compliance.
  • Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop HR team members.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A passion for creating a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement and wellbeing.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
