Job Overview: Amentum in Kuwait is seeking an experienced and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Human Resources Manager. As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in leading HR initiatives and providing support in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives. Oversee recruitment and hiring processes to attract and retain top talent. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Lead performance management processes including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a multinational corporation. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
