We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Manager to lead and implement key HR initiatives while improving team efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. This role will not only focus on employer branding, employee engagement, and talent development but also ensure that the team operates effectively through win-win agreements and structured performance tracking.
The ideal candidate will have experience with The Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX) or similar systems and will be responsible for creating a culture of accountability, clear goal-setting, and regular performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Employer Branding:
• Develop and optimize the company's careers page and online profiles.
• Create and execute employee advocacy campaigns to boost the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Employee Engagement:
• Implement engagement strategies to boost morale and productivity.
• Organize wellness programs and team-building activities.
• Roll out quarterly surveys to monitor employee satisfaction.
Talent Development:
• Conduct SWOT analyses to identify skill gaps.
• Develop personalized development plans and leadership pipelines.
Team Efficiency & Performance Management:
• Implement and manage win-win agreements across all teams to align personal and company goals.
• Track employee efficiency by conducting monthly and quarterly performance reviews with managers.
• Train managers and team members on how to create, sign, and adhere to win-win agreements, ensuring clarity on expected "wins" for both sides.
• Use tools and strategies from systems like The Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX) to drive focus on key organizational goals.
General HR Leadership:
• Align HR policies with long-term organizational strategies.
• Provide regular progress reports to leadership on HR initiatives.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
• HR roles with a focus on performance management: 5 years (Required)
