About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Human Resources Specialist to manage and enhance our HR processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive work culture, managing employee relations, and ensuring efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
• Develop strategies to attract top talent aligned with the company's goals.
2. Employee Relations:
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
3. HR Operations:
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Manage payroll, attendance, and leave policies.
4. Performance Management:
• Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems.
• Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
5. Policy Implementation:
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in an HR role.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
