Human Resources Manager

. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of HR experience in the UAE, with a strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records in compliance with UAE labor regulations. Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and disciplinary procedures. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visa processing, and HR policies. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency. Support payroll processing and maintain attendance records. Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives. Coordinate training and development programs for employees. Manage HR administrative tasks, including preparing HR reports and documentation.

Requirements:

1-2 years of HR experience in the UAE

(mandatory).

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources

, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
