We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team at Mieyar Real Estate Broker Company. This is an urgent requirement, and we are looking for a professional who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals in the competitive Dubai real estate market.
• Ensure smooth onboarding processes and maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Stay updated on UAE labor laws and ensure compliance.
• Support talent acquisition efforts, particularly for off-plan real estate roles.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of HR management experience in Dubai, preferably in the real estate sector.

Strong knowledge of Dubai's labor market and real estate industry practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Immediate availability is highly preferred.
