Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
• Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
• Conduct background checks and prepare employment contracts.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Employee Relations:
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Address workplace conflicts and mediate disputes effectively.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Performance Management:
• Implement performance review systems and provide guidance to managers.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
• Compliance & Policy Management:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Manage employee records and ensure confidentiality.
• Compensation & Benefits:
• Oversee payroll processes and resolve any discrepancies.
• Administer employee benefits programs and answer related queries.
• Benchmark compensation to remain competitive in the industry.
• HR Administration:
• Maintain HR databases and systems for accuracy and efficiency.
• Generate reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and hiring trends.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
