Requirements:
• Proven clinical experience in the healthcare industry within the UAE.
• Knowledge and understanding of homecare services operations.
• Expertise in HR practices, including recruitment, employee management, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and onboard qualified healthcare professionals, especially for homecare roles.
• Oversee HR operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and UAE regulations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies tailored to the unique needs of the homecare sector.
• Foster a positive workplace environment to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
