Job Profile
The HR Manager will be instrumental in shaping and executing the human resources strategy across the holding company and its subsidiaries. This role entails leading recruitment efforts, enhancing employee relations, optimizing performance management systems, and advancing organizational development. The HR Manager will ensure strategic alignment, cultivate a thriving work culture, and manage intricate HR functions across multiple regions. With a focus on compliance, strategic insights, and fostering continuous improvement, the HR Manager will drive the success and growth of Sentinel Ventures and its varied business entities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Develop and implement sophisticated recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent across Sentinel Ventures and its subsidiaries. Manage the comprehensive recruitment lifecycle, from crafting compelling job descriptions to seamless onboarding.
Oversee the entire recruitment process, including posting vacancies, conducting thorough interviews, selecting candidates, and coordinating onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
2. Employee Relations:
Act as the central point of contact for employee concerns, proactively addressing and resolving conflicts and grievances with tact and diplomacy.
Champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture through targeted employee engagement initiatives and effective conflict resolution strategies.
3. Performance Management:
Design and manage performance management processes, including setting clear objectives, conducting comprehensive performance reviews, and facilitating constructive feedback.
Partner with managers to address performance challenges, developing tailored improvement plans that align with both individual and organizational goals.
4. Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
Support career development and succession planning initiatives to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
5. Compliance and Policy Management:
Vigilantly monitor and enforce adherence to labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies across all subsidiaries, mitigating legal risks.
Continuously develop, revise, and communicate HR policies and procedures to align with current legal requirements and emerging best practices.
6. Organizational Development:
Lead and support organizational development initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the company.
Encourage a mindset of innovation and excellence, driving initiatives that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee engagement.
7. HR Analytics:
Utilize advanced HR analytics to monitor key metrics, assess the effectiveness of HR programs, and inform strategic decision-making at both the corporate and subsidiary levels.
8. Global HR Coordination:
Oversee HR operations across diverse geographical regions, ensuring that global HR strategies are effectively localized to meet specific compliance requirements and operational needs in each region.
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Human Resources Management.
Sound knowledge of local labor laws.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
