We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager with a strong background in handling manpower supply and construction companies. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
•Key Responsibilities:•
1. HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Forecast manpower needs and ensure timely recruitment to meet project demands.
- Oversee workforce planning and succession planning.
2. Recruitment and Staffing:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent for both the manpower supply and construction sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other sourcing partners.
3. Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee grievances and mediate disputes to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives.
4. Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Oversee the implementation of training programs and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Promote career development and continuous learning opportunities for employees.
5. Performance Management:
- Implement and manage the performance appraisal process.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance management and employee development.
- Develop strategies for recognizing and rewarding high performance.
6. Compliance and Legal:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements.
- Oversee the management of employee records and documentation.
7. Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Oversee payroll administration and resolve any related issues.
8. Health, Safety, and Welfare:
- Promote and ensure a safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage employee welfare programs and initiatives.
- Oversee the administration of employee health benefits and insurance.
9. HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Develop and monitor HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports on HR activities and performance to senior management.
- Use HR data to drive strategic decision-making.
•Qualifications:•
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on manpower supply and construction industries.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
