Position Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reports To: Director (Operations)
Employment Type: Full-time

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with a specialisation in Training & Development and Payroll Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies focussed on enhancing employee skills and ensuring efficient payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and communication with managers.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organisation.
• Oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports for financial and audit purposes.
• Assist with recruitment processes as needed, including interviewing and onboarding.
• Support employee relations by addressing grievances and conducting investigations.
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to align with best practices.
• Collaborate with departmental managers to understand and address their HR needs.

Qualifications:

• Master's / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Training & Development and Payroll Management.
• Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRMS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
