Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within the company, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and HR policy implementation. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Coordinate training and development activities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
At least 2 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
