Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Mystery Shopping Coordinator to lead our mystery shopping projects. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and management of mystery shopping assignments, recruiting and training shoppers, and ensuring the quality and timeliness of project deliverables. Key Responsibilities: -Project Leadership: Manage and coordinate multiple mystery shopping projects from inception to completion. -Shopper Management: Recruit, train, and supervise mystery shoppers, ensuring they understand project requirements. Quality Assurance: Review and analyze shopping reports for accuracy and completeness. Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project status. Reporting: Compile and present detailed reports and insights to clients and management. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month Experience:
