The Role
JOB TITLE: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER Job Summary: The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company. The major areas directed are recruitment and staffing, organizational and space planning, performance management and improvement systems, organization development, employment and compliance with regulatory concerns, employee orientation, development, and training, policy development and documentation, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and the maintenance and enforcement of the company handbook. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. - Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from job posting to onboarding. - Conduct orientation sessions to welcome new employees and provide them with necessary information about the company Employee Relations and Engagement: - Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and support as needed. - Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace morale and productivity. - Handle employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts to ensure a harmonious working environment. Performance Management: - Design and implement performance management systems to monitor and evaluate employee performance. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Develop and oversee career development plans for employees. Training and Development: - Identify training needs within the organization and develop appropriate training programs. - Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. Compliance and Policies: - Ensure the companys HR policies and practices comply with federal and state laws and regulations. - Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation. Compensation and Benefits: - Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs. - Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary and benefits packages. - Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits. HR Strategy and Planning: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys business objectives. - Provide HR insights and recommendations to senior management. - Analyze HR metrics and trends to support strategic decision-making. Maintenance and Enforcement of Company Handbook: - Regularly review and update the company handbook to ensure policies remain current and compliant with relevant laws. - Communicate changes and updates to the company handbook to all employees in a timely manner. - Enforce company policies and procedures as outlined in the handbook, ensuring consistency and fairness. - Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on the interpretation and application of handbook policies.

Requirements
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred. - Minimum of [6] years of senior experience in human resources management. - Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Proficiency in HR software - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
