Looking for an HR Manager to implement the best industry practices, lead the strategic HR transformation projects, and oversee the daily HR operations Job description: HR department 1. Act as the main point of contact for HR-related queries and requests from Employees and Management team. 2. Perform complete HR & Payroll functions relevant to the UAE MOHRE and Company policies & procedures and be updated with MOHRE laws. 3. Perform Recruitment, Selection, Onboarding, Offboarding, Performance management, Compensation & Benefits, Leave management, and Employee insurances. This also includes Contract & Visa processing. 4. Develop and/or Update s, Employee training programs & materials, and Organize Employee Engagement Activities. 5. Setup and manage the new HRMS of the Company with close coordination with the software service provider/ Implementation partner. 6. Prepare & Maintain HR-related Reports, Handbook, Presentations, and all other HR Policies. 7. Maintain an organized Employee records both digital & physical. 8. Draft and Distribute Memos, management-approved Guidelines and FAQ documents about Company policies and updates. 9. Supervise and Train HR/Admin staff and ensure that HR policies and procedures are implemented in all departments at all levels. 10. Maintain high Confidentiality of all HR-related information and records. Admin Department 1. Ensure implementation of HSE Policy and compliance by all Employees, and ensure all Facilities are well-maintained. 2. Ensure the First Aid Kit and PPE for all Employees are kept in stock as per company and local authority regulations. 3. Manage the procurement and budget of Company office and pantry supplies/ requirements as per company standard purchase policies. 4. Maintain Records and ensure timely Renewals of company business licenses and contracts, company vehicle registrations and insurances, employee and management staff Gate Passes- in all branches. 5. Collaborate with Managers and all Employees for all administrative-related concerns and tasks. 6. Maintain organized and updated administrative documents both physical and digital. 7. Manage meeting and appointment Calendars and maintain efficient workflows. 8. Manage the maintenance and repair of office equipment in coordination with approved service providers. 9. Support all departments when required in a fast-paced work environment as per company operations or as instructed by top management. 10. Maintain high Confidentiality of all Admin-related information and records.
