A Jewelry Manufacturing Company in Ajman Free Zone is looking for a Human Resources Manager with at least 3 Years experience as HR Manager to handle HR Related Tasks including but not limited to: 1. Recruitment and Staffing - recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees. This involves writing job descriptions, posting openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers.
2. Employee Onboarding and Orientation - facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring that they receive necessary training, complete paperwork, and understand company policies and procedures.
3. Employee Relations - mediate conflicts between employees, provide counseling and support, and address any grievances or complaints. They also promote a positive work environment and foster employee morale.
4. Performance Management - develop and oversee performance evaluation systems to assess employee performance and provide feedback. They may also be involved in implementing performance improvement plans or disciplinary actions when necessary.
5. Training and Development - coordinate training programs to enhance employees\' skills and knowledge. They identify training needs, source training providers, and organize workshops or seminars.
6. Compensation and Benefits - manage employee compensation and benefits packages. This includes conducting salary surveys, administering payroll, and overseeing employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
7. Policy Development and Compliance - develop and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. They also educate employees about company policies and enforce them consistently.
