\xc2\xb0CRYO is looking for a professional HR Manager to manage all human resources activities taking place in our retail business in Dubai and Abu Dhabi starting from hiring needs, training, monitoring employee performance, handling disciplinary actions to improving work environment and developing human resources policies. \xc2\xb0CRYO HR Manager takes care of the organizing HR administration processes to ensure that appropriate documentation has been completed, changes are managed, and employees are made aware of all company policies. REQUIREMENTS
- Proven work experience min. 5 years in HR role
- Good knowledge of the UAE labor legislation
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or relevant field
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, team building capabilities
- Leadership, mentoring abilities, strong professional business ethics
- Strong recruiting skills and good judgement
- Excellent communication in English & interpersonal skills

- Full-time contract and the UAE resident employment visa
