Seeking Experienced Human Resources Specialist for our Hypermarkets

Aria Neighbourhood Hypermarket is a leading retail chain committed to providing top-quality products and excellent customer service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled HR Manager to oversee and enhance our human resources operations.

Position: Human Resources Manager

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Contract (24 months)

Salary: AED 4,000 - AED 6,000 per month

Shift: Daytime

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Compliance:

Oversee all HR functions, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolutions. Ensure workplace safety, compliance, and employee well-being.
Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to hiring. Conduct interviews, background checks, and onboarding for new employees. Ensure seamless induction and orientation programs for new hires.
Visa & Employee Documentation:

Handle visa processing for all new hires and ensure timely renewals for existing employees. Coordinate with PRO and government authorities for visa applications, renewals, and work permits. Maintain up-to-date records of all employee documents.
Training & Development:

Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Monitor staff development and career growth opportunities.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:

Oversee payroll processing and employee compensation. Manage leave, attendance, and employee benefits in compliance with UAE regulations.
Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of HR experience in Dubai, UAE. Proven experience in visa processing, renewals, and PRO coordination. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in the retail, supermarket, or hypermarket industry is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions efficiently.

Language: English (Required), Arabic (Preferred). Shift: Daytime Only Location: Dubai (Must be able to commute or relocate before starting work).
