Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Role and Responsibilities

• Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback and benefits for employees. Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
• With HOME CARE Experience is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable with Policies related to Health Care setting - Home Care.
• With strong understanding of UAE Labor Law.
• With experience in a home healthcare set up managing the staffs and performing performance evaluation.
• Attended and well Experienced of all DOH Inspections, Regulations and Audits - TASNEEF ADHICS, JAWDA etc.
• Familiar with all the updated DOH Rules and Regulations, and Circulars.
• With licensing experience and Dataflow application (conversion) experience.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgment.
• Available for a face to face Interview.
• Ready to join immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20.00 - AED200.00 per month
