Job Description

1. Recruitment and Staffing

• Job postings : Create and manage job descriptions and job postings across various channels (job boards, social media, etc.).
• Recruitment : Oversee the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and hiring employees.
• Onboarding : Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees, including conducting orientations, and paperwork completion, and introducing them to the company culture.

2. Employee Relations

• Conflict resolution : Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
• Employee satisfaction : Monitor and improve employee morale through surveys, feedback sessions, and open communication.
• Policy enforcement : Ensure employees adhere to company policies and procedures.

3. Training and Development

• Employee development : Identify skill gaps and training needs for current employees.
• Training programs : Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.
• Performance improvement : Create strategies to improve employee performance through coaching and development.

4. Compensation and Benefits

• Payroll management : Oversee payroll administration to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Compensation analysis : Conduct market research to ensure the company's pay structure is competitive.
• Benefits administration : Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

5. Compliance and Legal Responsibilities

• Labor laws : Ensure the company complies with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
• Health and safety : Maintain compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Records management : Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, job performance, and disciplinary actions.

6. Performance Management

• Appraisals : Administer employee performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Goal setting : Help set clear performance goals and objectives for employees.
• Disciplinary action : Handle employee disciplinary issues in line with company policies.

7. Strategic Planning

• Workforce planning : Plan for future workforce needs based on company goals and market conditions.
• Talent management : Develop strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
• Succession planning : Plan for potential leadership transitions and ensure a pipeline of talent for key positions.

8. Employee Engagement

• Team building : Organize team-building activities and events to foster collaboration.
• Workplace culture : Promote a positive organizational culture and work environment.
• Recognition : Develop and implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge achievements.

9. HR Administration and Reporting

• HR systems : Maintain HR databases, employee files, and HRIS systems.
• HR reporting : Prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and hiring costs for senior management.
• Budgeting : Assist with HR-related budgeting and financial planning.

10. Strategic Advising to Leadership

• Consultation : Provide advice to senior leadership on HR matters, including organizational changes, employee issues, and strategies for growth.
• Change management : Guide the company through transitions such as restructures, mergers, or acquisitions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
