• Employee development : Identify skill gaps and training needs for current employees.
• Training programs : Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional development.
• Performance improvement : Create strategies to improve employee performance through coaching and development.
4. Compensation and Benefits
• Payroll management : Oversee payroll administration to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Compensation analysis : Conduct market research to ensure the company's pay structure is competitive.
• Benefits administration : Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
5. Compliance and Legal Responsibilities
• Labor laws : Ensure the company complies with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
• Health and safety : Maintain compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Records management : Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, job performance, and disciplinary actions.

• Appraisals : Administer employee performance appraisals and provide feedback.
