We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions at our cafe. The ideal candidate will play an imoirtant role in recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, including creating job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the team.
• Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Handle payroll, benefits administration, and leave tracking.
• Address employee concerns and provide support to ensure a positive work environment.
• Manage performance appraisals, goal-setting, and professional development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Stay updated on labor regulations and ensure the cafe complies with all legal requirements.
• Foster a workplace culture that promotes teamwork, inclusivity, and high performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR management or a similar role, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• A positive and approachable demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally.
