leading recruitment company, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop HR strategies and policies in alignment with the company's goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes.
• Foster a positive work environment that supports career development and encourages productivity.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 of experience in HR, with proven experience in managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems and software.
