The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team in the vibrant tourism industry in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, enhance employee engagement, and foster a culture of excellence. You will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring that our organization attracts and retains top talent in a competitive market. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives of the organization. - Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. - Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. - Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms. - Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement initiatives and organizing team-building activities. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation. - Handle employee relations issues effectively, providing guidance and support to management and staff. - Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices and meet the needs of the organization. - Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing. - Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.



Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is a plus. - Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably within the tourism or hospitality industry. - In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation in the UAE. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employee development practices. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. - Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR analytics is a plus. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage. - Passion for the tourism industry and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
