Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development and implementation. The role involves collaborating with department managers, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and fostering a positive work environment. Qualifications
Experience in talent acquisition, on-boarding, and employee relations
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in HRIS, payroll, and other HR software
Experience in the retail industry is a plus
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
