Career Fair Details:

DAY: Thursday

DATE: 04 JULY, 2024

TIME: 4 PM ONWARDS

LOCATION: Upon Contact with Team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Help with onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions
• Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documents are properly filed and updated
• Support the administration of HR policies and procedures
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and company events
• Conduct research on HR best practices and stay updated with industry trends
• Handle general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate from a college/university program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Enthusiasm for HR and a willingness to learn

Pay: AED500.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
