The HR Intern supports the company in the development and deployment of HR operational excellence. In alignment with HRs objectives and priorities, the HR Intern works closely with HR colleagues, managers and employees, acting as an ambassador for HR by demonstrating key HR behaviours and values which contribute to a positive and enriching employee experience at Air Liquide. The key learning outcomes include but are not limited to: HR Operations
Create, analyse and summarise reports pulled from a variety of complex data sets
Learn Air Liquides ERP (Navision), how it works in real time, how to generate a variety of POs, complete cost analyses, account reconciliation and payment management
Support ongoing data management activities and understand various compliance requirements relating to employee data management
Participate in the creation/revision/review of HR policies and procedures in accordance with local legislation
Understand home-host country payroll logistics by assisting in monthly payroll preparation
With the support of HR Administration, the HR Intern manages and resolves issues relating to payroll and benefits
Talent Development
Supports in the E2E deployment of our technical talent development programs (TCL, PML) including support for the annual nomination process and recognition
Contributes to the annual performance appraisal campaign (eg - communications, training webinars, data analysis, and ad hoc support)
Manages the annual Ethics training campaign
Supports in the deployment of new training and development platforms
Employee Engagement
Plans and executes engagement activities in accordance with I&D and other engagement calendars; proposes new and create opportunities for office events and engagement activities
Support in the preparation and analysis of Air Liquides annual My Voice engagement survey

Are you a MATCH?
Qualifications & Experience: (list education, certifications, training, work experience, etc.)
Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
CIPD, SHRM or other professional HR qualification is advantageous
Previous corporate internship experience is a plus
Fluency in English. Arabic or French is desirable.
Solid foundation of knowledge across core areas of HR Management
Strong skills in extracting and synthesising a variety of reports using raw employee data and Excel/Google sheets
Ability to summarise content and build/format presentations using Google Slides/PowerPoint
Strong communication skills as measured by the ability to understand and simplify complex topics
Organised and detail-oriented
Interest in working within a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
