Job Description

The HR Manager will play a critical strategic role in driving Kaizen's growth and aligning HR functions with the organization's long-term vision. This position is responsible for leading organizational restructuring initiatives, collaborating with leadership to shape scalable department structures, and facilitating quarterly strategic planning sessions to ensure alignment on key objectives and performance improvements.



As a champion of Kaizen's values and culture, the HR Manager will implement feedback mechanisms, oversee employee engagement initiatives, and monitor performance to create a productive and positive work environment. The role includes leading talent acquisition efforts, structuring comprehensive training and development programs, and designing succession planning initiatives to foster career growth and prepare future leaders.



Additionally, the HR Manager will manage critical HR documentation processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement policies that align with both cultural and legal standards. The role also includes preparing and analyzing HR metrics and managing the OKR process to support strategic objectives across the organization.



This position demands a proactive leader with a strong strategic focus and a commitment to building a resilient, high-performing workforce that supports Kaizen's mission and growth trajectory.

Requirements

### Key skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are advantageous.
• O rganizational Restructuring Expertise: Demonstrated experience leading organizational restructuring initiatives to support scalability and align with business growth, including department structuring and resource allocation.
• Strategic HR Leadership: 10+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on talent management, succession planning, and implementing OKR frameworks.
• Leadership & Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, coaching, and leadership abilities, with experience facilitating strategic planning sessions and collaborating with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Analytical & Compliance Knowledge: Proficiency in HR analytics, talent metrics, and budget management, along with a thorough understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance (including Emiratization requirements)
