If so, we want you to join our team at ManpowerGroup Middle East as HR Generalist in our Contract Staffing Team.Job Overview
- Your role will be to deliver exceptional service to Manpower Associates, managing the end-to-end process of Associates management and performing a variety of supporting administrative tasks. In this role, you will be the primary HR contact for all Associates, ensuring their needs are met and that they have a positive experience.
- Your day-to-day activities will involve:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring new hires have the correct documentation, tools and resources they require.
- Process and administer contracts, visa, medical insurance and letters.
- Serve as the first point of contact for associates, addressing questions, concerns, and resolving any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including expenses, timekeeping, attendance, and performance documentation.Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR role in the UAE
- Excellent knowledge of UAE Labor law
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders across various levels.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.About the Company
