Continually asses the competitiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant trends, industries and markets
Train, guide and motivate HR Field Team, as well as Shop Managers to develop their teams and manage talent ensuring that employees have the appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to meet current and future business requirements
Design and execute induction programs, on-boarding processes for new hires
Develop and employ brand(s) staffing and talent management strategies to identify talent outside the group as well as nominate internal potentials for training and succession plans
Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently implemented (employee handbook, reference guidelines or standard operation procedures, uniform procedures, working hours, staff lockers and the staff room procedures)
Lead the development and implementation of processes, programs, and tools to support organization and workforce development at all levels including career and leadership development, succession planning, and retention along with variety of relevant metrics (exit interviews, employee surveys, absenteeism and turnover rates) and reporting tools to measure the achievement of the organization's strategic goals and objectives
Ensure an efficient workforce planning and duties assignment for existing and new stores through a thorough implementation of the weekly zoning plans
Design and implement the brand(s) manpower plan and structure according to the stores needs and productivity targets covering budgeted hour and headcount by providing data such as human capital projections and costs that support the organization's overall budget
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Master Degree is a plus
7 - 10 years of experience out of which at least 3 in a senior position
