Job Title: HR & PRO Specialist

We are looking for an experienced HR & PRO Specialist to join our team in Sharjah's Sajja Industrial Area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE Labor Laws and previous experience in handling HR functions, including recruitment, termination, and wage calculations.

You will also manage the company's PRO activities, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and handling government-related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
• Manage employee terminations, ensuring all steps are compliant with UAE labor laws.
• Calculate wages, end-of-service benefits, and manage payroll functions.
• Ensure the company's HR policies are up to date and in line with UAE Labor Law.
• Act as the PRO for the company, handling visa applications, renewals, and cancellations, as well as other government-related tasks.
• Maintain employee records and support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Advise management on compliance with local labor laws and provide guidance on HR policies and practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR and PRO roles in the UAE.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UAE Labor Laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
