This role involves recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with healthcare regulations, and ensuring a positive work environment for all staff. The HR Executive will work closely with hospital management to align HR strategies with the hospital's mission and goals. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting. Knowledge of labor laws, healthcare regulations, and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
