Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new hires.
Support employee relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring a harmonious workplace.
Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, attendance, and leave management.
Implement and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Coordinate employee engagement activities to enhance workplace morale and productivity.
Manage payroll inputs and liaise with finance to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
Provide administrative support for performance appraisals and career development initiatives.
Ensure health and safety standards are met and maintained across the property.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
