We have set up regional headquarters in Melbourne, Hongkong, Shanghai, Chengdu, Hefei, Dalian, Nanjing and Shenzhen. Currently we have more than 300 employees.

Position Overview:

The Human Resources Director will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. The HR Director will provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team and the board of directors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic HR Leadership:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team to drive business results and foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Talent Acquisition and Management:
• Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.
• Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding and training programs to ensure new hires are set up for success.
• Employee Relations:
• Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company's values and promotes engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
• Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts through effective mediation and counseling.
• Performance Management:
• Design and implement performance management systems to ensure employees receive regular feedback and development opportunities.
• Work with department heads to identify and address performance gaps.
• Compensation and Benefits:
• Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain high-performing employees.
• Conduct regular market analysis to ensure pay equity and competitiveness.
• Legal Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Oversee and manage the investigation and resolution of employee complaints and issues.
• Organizational Development:
• Lead organizational development initiatives to improve employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
• Facilitate succession planning and career development for employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and execution within a technology or financial services company, preferably within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
