We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded HR Director (HRD) to join our leadership team to drive the company's Strategy and Development in the HR space.
Job Overview
As Director of Human Resources at UPTX, you will be fully responsible for the company's human resources strategy, including but not limited to recruitment and talent management, performance review, organizational structure optimization, corporate culture shaping, etc. You will report directly to the CEO and work with other executives to drive the company's global development and ensure that the team's talent management is aligned with the company's long-term strategic goals.
Main Responsibilities
1. Development and implementation of human resources strategies
According to the company's development goals, develop and implement HR strategies that meet business needs.
- Lead global human resources planning and recruitment strategies to ensure that the talent pool meets business expansion needs.
2. Talent recruitment and management
- Responsible for the recruitment, selection and hiring process of talents at all levels, and promote the company's staffing in key positions.
- Build and improve an efficient Performance management system to promote Career Development and achievement of company goals.
3. Organizational structure and team building
Optimize the company's organizational structure to ensure the rational allocation of resources and the maximization of talent efficiency.
- Foster XFN collaboration and build an open, innovative, and efficient team culture.
4. Corporate culture shaping and employee relationship management
- Promote the dissemination and implementation of corporate culture, and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Responsible for employee relationship management in all regions of the world to ensure good employee communication channels.
5. Compensation and benefits system management
- Design, optimize and implement the company's compensation and welfare system to ensure that the company has a competitive market Incentive Mechanism.
-Responsible for the design and implementation of equity stake incentives and other long-term incentive programs.
6. Legal compliance and risk management
- Ensure that the company complies with local laws and regulations in Human Resource Planning to prevent labor risks.
- Cooperate with legal and compliance departments to handle employment contracts, employee disputes and other legal matters worldwide.
Job Requirements
1. Educational background
Bachelor degree or above in Human Resource Planning, Business Administration, Psychology, etc.
2. Work experience
- 8 + years of Human Resource Planning experience, at least 3 + years of HRD or equivalent experience.
-Experience in working in the blockchain industry
- Working background in multinational companies or fast-growing technology companies is preferred.
-Rich practical experience in recruitment, Performance management, salary design, cultural construction, etc.
3. Core competencies
-In-depth understanding of Global Human Resource Planning, familiar with overseas labor laws and cross-cultural team management.
Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking, able to lead the team to achieve the company's long-term development goals.
Good communication and coordination skills, able to work collaboratively with teams in different departments and regions.
- Data-driven decision-making with the ability to optimize HR strategies through Data Analysis.
4. Language skills
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
