Core Responsibilities * Monitoring and administering end to end recruitment for retail staff, and ensuring seamless induction and onboarding for new hires * Tracking of performance management, preparation and submission of related reports * Preparing monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports on HR metrics * Leading the employee engagement charter for territory by planning and implementing activities to enhance employee experience * Calendarized store visits and pulse checks through focus group meetings with staff * Support on HR Projects in alignment with People and Business strategies Requirements & Skills * A Bachelors/Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology * Around 2 to 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist in Retail/Hospitality/FMCG/E-commerce * Strong communication and inter-personal skills * Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and deal with ambiguity.
