Qualification : Graduate - MBA in HR would be preferred
Experience : Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field
Job Responsibilities
• Monthly payroll Management for staff & workers.
• End to end recruitment process handling such as Job Advertising, conducting interview, onboarding & handling new employee induction procedure.
• Worker welfare Management including grievance handling, disciplinary actions , performance management, all type of employees letter such as Memo, notice Circular, Show cause notice.
• Worker welfare audit handling
• coordinating with insurance companies
• Coordinating with Vehicle in-charge & transportation in-charge.
• Coordinating with PRO for Employee documentation renewal
• Visa renewal , Visa Cancellation, company documents renewal such as fire certificates, Trade License, Tenancy contracts, ISO certification, Municipality permits & updating documents in various databases.
• Employee Passport handling
• Employee safety coordination
• Coordinating Labor accommodation
• Employee grievance handling & investigation
• Employees Annual leave, loan & End of service settlement handling
• Handling for day to day employee queries & HR Related tasks

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
