We are a manufacturing & project management company operating in JAFZA since 1999. We are seeking a proactive and skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and support our HR function, ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and JAFZA regulations. Your role will entail collecting, managing, and analysing HR data to help streamline processes and support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to JAFZA policies & UAE Labor Law
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, payroll data, and performance appraisals
• Assist with reviewing, updating or designing all HR policies and procedures and ensure these are available internally.
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions
• Assist with the onboarding process, including employment contracts, visa applications, and JAFZA-related formalities
• Conduct orientation sessions to help new hires integrate into the company
• Oversee the renewal and management of employee visas, Emirates IDs, and health insurance
• Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accurate tracking of working hours and leave records
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns
• Work closely with the PRO and Accounts teams

Qualifications preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and JAFZA compliance procedures.
• Experience in Human Resources, preferably in JAFZA or a UAE-based businesses
• Strong English language skills with clear written and oral communication. You will be communicating with people across every level of the business
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Benefits granted:

• Remuneration package will range between AED 4,000 for candidates with deemed lower experience and up to AED 8,000 for candidates with a proven track record and proficiency in this role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
