Key Responsibilities:
Special Projects
• To provide and perform a variety of technical, analytical and administrative support for several distinct projects undertaken by the HR Department,
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Keep records of all information related to project for documentation, clarification and presentation to management or stakeholders
• Present relevant material (reports/presentations/calculations) defining project progress, problem identification and solution statement
Talent Acquisition
• Coordinates and compiles relevant recruitment information
• Maintains the recruitment database, including applicant response and any data input,
• Conducts background/reference checks for all new recruits
• Conducts screening for non-management positions and assists in closing of vacancies
Ensures that all recruits have a full complete file as per HR Audit guidelines
Learning & Development
Coordinates training nominations for the Human Resources team and ensures certificates are filed in a timely manner,
Provides support with Associate Orientation,
Compensation & Benefits
• Assists with any Compensation and Benefits data compilation
• Updates all associate data accurately and ontime in the related HR systems
Associate Relations
Assists with the organization of any associate events,
Ensures that all associate notice boards are up to date and accurate and that all necessary information is displayed,
Assists with the administration of any employment relations issue,
Human Resources Admin
• Prepares documents and reports using MS Office as requested by supervisor/manager
• Assists in filing and ensuring updated records in associate files
• Processes incoming mail and requests in a timely manner
• Maintains office supplies and organizes
• Processes all leave applications and ticket bookings of associates
• Coordinates the clearance procedure of all leavers in a smooth and timely manner
• Follows all policies and job aids pertaining to the Human Resources Department
• Processes and distributes welcome pack to all new joiners on day 1 (ID card, name tag, management pin etc.),
Partners with the accommodation, time keeping and training team for any admin assistance required,
Works closely with the HR team to enhance the work environment and benefits for the associates through special projects,
• Performs any other duties as directed by the management
Loss Prevention
• Partners with Loss Prevention & Clinic team to ensure a holistic, safe and secure work environment for associates,
• Ensuring all food hygiene and health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to and implements any legislation as required by UAE Law
Demonstrates these Skills & Knowledge:-
o Highly organized and efficient approach required
o Ability to manage varying needs and prioritizing to ensure best business results
o Knowledge of contract administration
o Knowledge of governmental regulations relating to Health and Safety
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
